Molengroet means, translated literally: Windmill greetings.
The parc is situated right in the middle of the province Noord-Holland, the cultural treasury of Holland, near Alkmaar, Schagen, beach and dunes.
Amsterdam is a mere 40 kilometers south east.

Molengroet is located near a large lake, so not only can you rent bikes but also surf boards and small boats. On site you will find a bar, restaurant, cafetaria, discoteque, and super- market. Nearby: tennis, squash, sauna, horse riding, sub-tropical swimming pool. Molengroet has her own (free) bus service with a 50 seat coach.
